The pricing structures I can offer are described below:
I can offer fixed fees for project work such as the introduction of standard contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies and procedures, standard forms and job descriptions.
Disciplinary and grievance matters, including redundancies and appeals can be difficult to estimate in time. I work on an hourly or daily rate for such matters.
Depending on the size and nature of your business I can also offer retained services. These are based on a monthly fee that covers an agreed amount of hours per calendar month.
