I work with a range of clients: from small and medium-sized businesses based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire (typically with under 100 members of staff) to larger corporate clients (where I typically support the in-house HR team).  I also have a number of clients in the London area.  I pride myself on working with clients across a wide range of sectors and tailor my HR Consulting services to each individual organisation.  The pricing structures I can offer are described below:

Project/fixed fee

I can offer fixed fees for project work such as the introduction of standard contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies and procedures, standard forms and job descriptions.

Hourly/daily rate

Disciplinary and grievance matters, including redundancies and appeals can be difficult to estimate in time.  I work on an hourly or daily rate for such matters.

Retained service

Depending on the size and nature of your business I can also offer retained services.  These are based on a monthly fee that covers an agreed amount of hours per calendar month.
